Your face begins at your feet, your fingertips, and is connected to everything in between.

Your posture, your alignment, the way you move… Every part of your body shapes how your face looks, how your body feels, and how you age.

Your body is the tapestry of your life’s experiences. It holds the story of your stresses, injuries, surgeries, tension, and the protective patterns that become woven into how you carry yourself.

These patterns create a pull, a hardening, and compression within your fascia (your connective tissue).

That pull drags your face and body downward, restricts movement, and dulls your radiance.

And your face is a microcosm of the macrocosm that is your body.

Most of us live in straight lines all of the time. Walking. Sitting. Hunched over screens. Linear, repetitive movement is what makes us tight, collapsed, and disconnected.

The experience

You’ll be guided through a variation of postures and flows that include spirals, waves, and snake-like movements.

You’ll hydrate your fascia, soften tension, regulate your nervous system, and create real, visible shifts you can see and feel from your feet to your face.

It’s time to SHED the hardened patterns like an old skin. 

To reveal the juicy, radiant, truest and most beautiful expression of you.

This practice supports:
